Netplay Platform Terms and Conditions of Use

01 Acceptance of Terms

By browsing, registering or using the netplay platform — whether via the website, mobile app or any other digital channel — you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all related policies, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy.

If you are using the netplay platform on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have the legal authority to bind that entity to these terms. Acceptance of these terms is an absolute requirement to use any services offered by netplay.

02 Registration Eligibility

To register and use the netplay platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Be at least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not appearing on any active self-exclusion list or responsible gaming protection programme.
• Not registering from a region or jurisdiction that prohibits the use of online gambling platforms.
• You may only hold one active account in the netplay system — registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

Netplay reserves the right to request identity document verification at any time as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Users who fail to complete KYC within the stipulated timeframe may have their withdrawal functions temporarily restricted.

03 Account Registration and Security

During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete information. Any false or misleading information discovered during or after registration may result in immediate account termination without prior notice.

You are fully responsible for:

• All activity that occurs under your account, regardless of whether it was carried out by you or another party.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals and Transactions

All deposits to a netplay account must be made via supported payment methods listed in the platform's cashier section. netplay accepts a variety of payment methods including local bank transfers, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost Wallet, and selected cryptocurrencies.

Regarding the withdrawal of winnings, the following conditions apply:

The general rules applicable to all netplay bonuses are as follows:

Users agree that:

• The outcome of all games is final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a verifiable technical error.
• Any winnings resulting from software errors or technical malfunctions are void, and netplay reserves the right to cancel the relevant transactions.
• The use of any automation software, bots, or third-party tools for gameplay is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account termination.
• Live Casino games are subject to live broadcast regulations, and any connection disruption does not entitle users to compensation claims.

Netplay ensures that all random number generators (RNGs) used in its games have been certified by internationally accredited independent testing bodies such as iTech Labs and eCOGRA, guaranteeing the fairness and transparency of every game round.

07 Prohibited Activities and Fraud

Netplay operates a zero-tolerance policy against all forms of fraud, manipulation or illegal activity. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate action, including account termination, balance confiscation and reporting to the relevant authorities:

• Money laundering or using the platform for any unlawful financial purpose.
• Registering multiple accounts using the same or different identities.
• Using third-party software, automated bots, or any tools designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security of netplay's systems and infrastructure.
• Colluding with other players to cheat in table games or Live Casino games (collusion).
• Abuse of bonus or promotion mechanics, including exploitation of technical loopholes.
• Using another person's credit card or bank account details without authorization.

Netplay reserves the right to lock, suspend or terminate any account suspected of involvement in the above activities without prior notice, while conducting an internal investigation or cooperating with the relevant authorities.

08 Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, netplay, its directors, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from:

• Use of or inability to use the netplay platform.
• Any disruption, delay, error, or omission in the services provided.
• Financial losses incurred as a result of gaming activity on the platform.
• Device damage or data loss arising from the use of the platform or app.
• Actions of third parties, including payment providers and game providers.

Netplay makes no guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption, free from viruses or free from technical errors at all times. We will make every effort to maintain service availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime at all times.

09 Account Termination and Closure

Users have the right to close their netplay account at any time by contacting the customer support team. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days after all requirements have been met.

Netplay reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision within these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity.
• Failure to complete the KYC process within the stipulated timeframe.
• A user's request for self-exclusion under the responsible gaming programme.
• Changes in legislation or regulations affecting netplay's ability to provide its services.

If an account is terminated due to a terms violation, netplay reserves the right to withhold the account balance associated with suspicious activity while an investigation is conducted.

10 Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which netplay holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions will be resolved through the following process:

• First tier: Users are required to contact the netplay support team to resolve disputes internally within 30 days.
• Second tier: If internal resolution fails, disputes may be referred to an independent dispute resolution body recognised by netplay.
• Third tier: If a dispute remains unresolved, it will be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the established procedures.

Users agree that any legal claim against netplay must be filed within one year from the date of the incident giving rise to the claim. Failure to do so will result in the claim being permanently forfeited.
